Option 1 – Chicken Alfredo Sauce with Parmesan Cheese

For the sauce you will need: four tablespoons of butter, one cup of heavy cream, one cup of grated parmesan cheese, dash of nutmeg, and salt and pepper to taste.

This recipe is good for three chicken breasts, skinned.

To cook the sauce, heat the pan on low heat and melt butter while gradually adding the heavy cream. Before the cream and butter start to boil, gradually add the Parmesan cheese.

It is important to continually stir your sauce to avoid it from boiling and curdling. Stir until you get the right thickness and consistency that you want.

To prepare your chicken, sauté about a teaspoon of crushed garlic in olive oil and then add the chicken breasts. Cook until the chicken turns light brown.

For the chicken, you will need: three skinned chicken breasts cut into cubes and two tablespoons of butter. You can get butter for the chicken from the one and one-half cups of butter for the sauce.

Melt the butter in a pan and cook the chicken until it turns light brown.

To prepare the sauce, pour in the Ricotta cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, butter and salt. Slowly stir all ingredients together until the sauce start to thicken.

When the sauce has been cooking for about ten minutes, add the chicken and your preferred pasta, either fettuccine or linguine. Cook for about a minute and then plate.
